Colwyn House was a major addition and alteration to an existing building at Penrhos College. ZMH was commissioned to provide new, modern and comfortable facilities with a more contemporary aesthetic for the over 200 college staff. The resultant design by ZMH provided this whilst conserving the historical and spatial significance of the existing building.
